Twenty five years experience of providing clinical supervision to practitioners in various caring professions, in both the statutory and the 'not for profit' sector, and those in private practice.  Also, mentoring of students/practitioners under training in the caring professions.

I aim to engage in supervision of clinical work, in a collegial and supportive framework in the context of your development thus far.  Our starting point is the clarification of your needs, with the aim of enabling and supporting you to be the best practitioner that you can be.

Supervision is a requirement of practice for most health related activities.  A supervisor that is outside of your usual context or place of work helps ensure that the potential for oversight and blind spots is reduced.and managed.
